MotionSelect uses enquiry information only to understand the application and respond to the person or company that contacted us. Enquiries are treated as confidential and are not shared with vendors for lead generation.
Information we receive
When you contact MotionSelect through the website or by email, we may receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, company, project context, application description, technical requirements, selected service, timeline and budget range.
We do not ask for unnecessary personal information. The purpose of the enquiry is technical and commercial qualification, not consumer profiling.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to:
- understand the motion, automation or control-system requirement;
- reply to your enquiry by email;
- decide whether the request fits MotionSelect’s scope;
- prepare a follow-up discussion or proposal if relevant.
At this stage, MotionSelect does not operate a marketing database from enquiry submissions. We respond to the enquiry and handle the conversation directly.
Sharing
We do not sell enquiries or leads to suppliers. Information submitted to MotionSelect is not shared with vendors for paid lead generation.
If a project later requires an introduction to a supplier, integrator or specialist, this would only be done as part of the agreed engagement and with the context made clear.
Retention
Enquiry information may remain in normal email records for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain business records, or protect legitimate business interests.
If the enquiry does not progress, we do not use it for unrelated marketing activity.
Your rights
